Isn't it amazing what you can find on the web? It's all just mind-boggling - I found this clip on youtube.com - what also amazes me is how Elvis has hit such a chord with all people around the world. And I can't tell you how many times a day I hear the name "Ëlvis" being said - it could be on the radio when someone makes mention of him out of the blue or I could be channel surfing and then hear his name again in the most unusual context .. uncanny if you ask me. How many people have made this impression on humankind? We are all just in awe..

I wanted to re-visit this biography on Elvis - I posted a peice about this some time ago and I love the way that the publicity machine travels around the world - the promotion this time is taking place in Sydney - where I believe (just as there are in every city around the world) loads of Elvis impersonators.!This book looks interesting..
